Pricing FAQ
How much does BOOM cost?
In India, BOOM Lite starts from ₹2,00,000 and BOOM starts from ₹5,00,000, both as a one-time license. BOOM adds the customer portal, supplier portal and payment gateway integration to everything in Lite. Final price depends on customization scope and deployment.
Is there a monthly subscription?
No. BOOM is a one-time license purchase. After purchase, you own the system forever. There is no mandatory recurring monthly or annual subscription fee.
Are there per-user or per-seat fees?
No. BOOM has no per-user or per-seat recurring fees, so adding staff doesn’t add a monthly bill.
How is the final price decided?
Pricing depends on selected modules, customization depth, user roles, portal requirements, deployment architecture, and implementation scope. We discuss requirements first, then provide a scoped estimate.
Can we start with fewer modules?
Yes. A common starting point is orders, inventory, and billing — then add suppliers, analytics, portals, and advanced workflows in later phases.
Does pricing include portal customization?
Customer and supplier portal flows are included in scope planning. Custom portal features are priced as part of the customization scope.
Are there hidden costs?
No hidden license fees. Your costs are the one-time license, agreed customization scope, and deployment setup. Server hosting is on your infrastructure.
How does BOOM compare to SaaS pricing?
SaaS tools charge per user per month forever. BOOM charges once — so as your team grows, your software cost does not scale with headcount.
Is BOOM free or open source?
No. BOOM is commercial software sold as a one-time license. There is no public self-serve signup or free trial; pricing is scoped after a demo.
